It doesnt need fixing unless I am mistaken in what you are asking.
What it seems to me is  you for example may have Abs(G90) set as default for your distance mode but you have loaded code that has Inc (G91) for the distance mode. Mach is telling you it is not your normal mode, that is all.
As long as the mode is correct for the code then no problem
