Hello, to the almighty knowing ones
I am having a hard time getting my G540.xml working properly with Mach turn
I have used it on my mill and it works great, I love mach and am having alot of fun with my machine
I tried dropping the G540.xml into the mach folder and when I use Mach loader it just brings up the mill profile
I tried matching the ports and pins/inputs/outputs to the Machturn profile but I cant get it to come out of e-stop, even when it asks
to toggle the settings it still wont come out of e-stop
If I run the mill profile all motors jog just fine and e-stop works as well
So does anyone have a working G540.xml file that works with Machturn
Sorry if this is something very simple, I am just now pulling out the last remaining hairs I have (but at least the gray is gone lol)

If you atach your mill xml and also the turn xml you made I will see if there is a problem.

Ok a quick thing to try, load the mill xml then View menu then Load Screen, choose the lathe screen from the drop down box then choose 1024.lset and that should turn it into a lathe profile. If that works then close Mach and reopen and it should now be fine.

I think I also see the problem in your turn profile, you have E-Stop on Port 1 pin 15 which I think is correct but you also have the MPG assigned to same port and pin.

Great, also it may be a good idea to disable any axis, inputs and outputs  in that profile that you wont be using.
