How to see DRO A-axis on mach screen ?

 Dear Sir,
  I need the help.  I can see  DRO's of X,Y and Z-axis on mach screen by now.
 I want to use the A-axis and need it to show DRO's of A-axis on mach screen. How to set up ?

Don't know if this helps but the A Axis DRO is shown as Axis 4 on my screen.

If I need A,B and C axis as well. Total 6 axis. ( X,Y,Z,A,B and C .)
How to set up to show DRO's all axis on mach screen ?

There is a 6 axis screen .set  which may be suitable for your needs under the downloads section http://www.machsupport.com/screens.php

Failing that, you could design / build your own screen .set - the tools are available here, it is not too difficult.
