Hello folks,

Forgive me if I'm a little green. I recently built a CNC and paid for Mach3 with the intention of milling and drilling PCB's (and with the eventual hope of making a Pick and place head).

On many pick and place style systems, I've seen a camera that works out the angle of the PCB in the machine by locating two different fiducials.

(see this image I found at hairyraho.com for an idea of what I mean)

I want to be able to use a webcam, attached to the head of the mill, and "tag" both Global fiducials, and have mach3 do the rest.

I'm having difficulty searching for this, based on lack of terminology.

Has this already been done? What are the search terms I need to use?

Thanks again

For some reason the Set Rotation wizard did not get added in later versions but here is a link to Hoods download post http://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php/topic,7779.msg49469.html#msg49469
