hi
i hope i'm posting in the right place i have a denford micromill and microlathe
i updated the mill with mach3mill new controller motors everything   and all seems fine there
i took the motors off the mill put x and z axis on the lathe started mach3turn configed the same as mill and got them working was calibrating and everything set 1 inch is one inch.   save before exit and shut off everything
when i turned everything back on later my config was not setup in  mach3turn anymore and i cannot get any motor movement in turn the dro moves but no motor
if i close turn and open mill i can jog the x and z no problem
i'm lost I'm sure its in set up but i cant find it can mill and turn run on the same pc one at a time
oh ps i'm licenced in mach lazycam and newfangled

Yes you can run them both from one PC as long as its not at the same time like you say.
Sounds like you may have made a new profile rather than the standard Turn one. What to do is browse to your Mach3 folder and right click in a blank space then choose to arrange by modified, you may see a profile near the bottom that is the name of the one you set up, if you did, that is Roll Eyes

Do you have the correct port address set in the turn xml?

You should be able to use the loader and clone the Mill profile, then when  you load that profile if you choose a Lathe screenset it should turn it into a lathe profile. Be careful though as I  have never actually tried it.
