Strange problem in Circle

Hello:
My home made router was unused for a month and last night I turned it on for an urgent profiling work. But circle in my design profiled a strange shape! Please see the picture attached. I've also attached Mach3 config and the Gcode.
Everything was working as expected before and I can't really remember I modified anything in Mach3 by this time.
Kind suggest me the fix.

That's not a problem in Mach3. Your machine has a large amount of backlash in the X axis....
