Looking at your xml it seems fine other than the NO issues I pointed out and it seems to jog fine here as well.
It could well be some sort of virus as I am not seeing any issues here. Have a look at your CPU usage and also see if there are any unusual processes running which could indicate a virus.

Just ran rkill then malwarebytes and found something on the machine and pen drive called Conficker . Cleaned the machine and all seems to be well.  Thanks for looking it over and the advice on switch wiring issues.

Ah yes have heard nasty things about conficker, suppose the one good thing about it is your e-stop is now a bit safer Smiley
