Hello,

can somebody please help me with my home made pendant. I'm using pokeys and I have connected Mpg to input pins 1 and 2. All of the functions are working (LCD, start, stop, pause, axis selector, x1, x10, x100) except MPG. In mach3 settings page I can see MPG counts but axis dont move. What could be the problem?

When I connect my pendant to a laptop at my home, MPG works ok and I can see the DRO counts, but when I try to run on my cnc computer I can't get any movement. I get message in status line: Already in joging mode! Can someone please tell me what should I do to make it work. Thanks.

Has anyone succcessfuly connected mpg trough pokeys to use with dspmc? Is that possible or do I need to wire it to a hardware encoder input?

the mpg encoder should go to a hardware encoder, or a soft-encoder on the dspmc connectors.  see the manual for mpg.

Ok thanks Rufi. This means that I will have to replace usb cable from the pendant. Thanks.
