I have recently upgraded from a previous version and I can't seem to get the Mach3 screen big enough. When I hit the maximize button, it only fills a portion of the display screen.

Try Auto Screen Enlarge on General Config page.

Did you restart Mach or reload the screen after you did it?

What resolution do you have? Might be that if its a widescreen then it may not be possible to stretch properly to fit.
Can you attach  a screenshot of what it looks like.

I just did a restart and now screen is ok. Another problem I am having is that it won't do a REF ALL HOME command!
