tool offsets not working

Hi everyone have a little problem my tool offsets quit working ,i can enter a amount in the offset but it will not turn on nothing has changed other than i turned the thing off yesterday and turned it back on .Tried restarting program restart pc no help i am not connected to internet no outside interference . Anyone have a idea for a fix ?

Never mind the dummy fixed it forgot the tool number ! man i feel stupid after all these year's!!!!
