Hi Hood
Just a look on the side of the motor,
dont think this will help but here you go
57BYGH013-09BE
1.8o 1.8A
NO:20100707
These motors came off a chinese mini CNC that i bought a few months back, so getting microstepping info might be a problem. There is no reduction between the motor and screw, the motor has a 8mm shaft so i turned the leadscrew down to 8mm.
thanks

Ok so without knowing the microstepping it will just be a guessing game. If its chinese leadshie drives it uses it will likely have the info printed on the top of which dip switches do what so you might see what its set to.
If not then use the Set Steps utility on the Diagnostics, or could be settings page and that should get you as close as your measuring. Once thats done then you will be able to work out really what the microstepping is as it will be a round number, so say for example the set steps work it out at 540 you can divide that by 66.66666666666666 and it would come out with a value of 8.1 so you would know its set at 8 uS so then you can calculate it by 200 steps fr motor x 8 uS then divide by the 3mm pitch.

Currently mach is set up to work with the chinese CNC,
Settings for the motors are as follows
Steps Per: 800
Velcocity: 1500
Acceleration:200
Step Pulse:5
Dir Pulse:3
Not sure if that info would help or not.
