Hello

I have a Bridgeport Series 2 mill running with AJAX control MPU11, DC3IOB board and MACH 3 software. Just found out Spindle Fault and Low Lube are not working. Spindle overload kicked out and spindle stopped but feed kept running. Low Lube does nothing. Looks like both are wired per diagram. Is this a config issue or do I need a brain to turn these on? Need some HELP!

No idea! I've looked through manual and found nothing on that.

What details are there, maybe if you can attach the manual and indicate which page so I dont have to trawl through it Wink

They bring those inputs in throught the PLC side so I am guessing it comes out and goes into MACH as a MODIO function thru a brain. Without the PLC ladder or the modio map it is anyone's guess

I did see where you asked on their forum . Shame they are not willing to better support you there.  Someone aught to give them a good talking to about support AFTER the sale.

Not sure if thats helping much from first looks as I dont see any mention of how it gets seen internally in Mach.
