Hi Guys,

I would like to develop a plugin but do not have the latest version of Visual Studio. I only have Visual Studio 97 which has VC++6

Has anyone got a sample plugin environment for VC6? or does MACH3 require a later version of VStudio?

Thanks
Simon

Brian,

Thanks for the reply. I realised that the SDK was written for VC++ 2003. However there is usually no real reason for needing the latest compiler. I have no intention of spending the £500 or so upgrading from VC++6 when I have no other need for the upgrade!

Are you saying that MACH3 plugins cannot be compiled in VC6? or just that 2003 is the version you are using??

Thanks

That is what we are running and I have no idea if it will work with the old VC++ I know you can't get it to work with the new versions of VC++ 2005 Sad

Thanks
