Sorry Hood,
Don't really know much about this machine. The computer I do know that it has XP pro, running 1 or 2gig of ram and the video card meets the spect listed on the site. The machine its self is a 24" X 36" cnc router (guessing more like a mill) running stepper motors. The machine starts cutting really nice at first the about 30 to 40 min into the cut it starts acting like it forgot where it was or repets the same step over. I hope this is enough info. I'm at work and not sitting infront of the machine otherwise I could probably tell you more. Thanks

Sounds like your steppers may be stalling, try turning down the acceleration by half on the motor tuning page (from Config menu) remembering to click save axis settings each time.

Nothing is correct, or rather no one can say what is or is not correct, it all depends on the motors, drives, mechanicals that you have and even two identical machines may vary slightly.
With steppers its really trial and error to see what the best setup is.

OK, so I changed the acceleration to 5 and now I just get the blue screen of death. The Gcode might run for a minute or two but some times will freeze up my computer before it even starts to run.

Can you try and run the drivertest.exe, that you will find in the main Mach3 folder, and see what that looks like.
