How do I type in a coordinate and hit a "go" button and the Mach3 will advance the axis to that point.  Using the up and down arrows is too difficult to be precise.

Use MDI line. Just type what you want into the MDI line then press enter on your keyboard. For example if you want to go to X100 Y100 Z2 at rapid speed you would type G0 X100 Y100 Z2  or if you wanted to go at a  feedrate of 10 you would type G1 X100 Y100 Z2 F10.
