Either you are not putting the correct file in, or you are putting it in the wrong folder or your file is corrupt.
The file you should be placing in the Mach3 folder is name Mach1Lic.dat and it should be placed in the main Mach3 folder, usually C:\Mach3
If you then start Mach and go to the Help menu then About Mach3.... you should see your registered name in the window that pops up.
If you are doing all of the above correctly then I suggest you contact Scott at
license@machsupport.com and include a copy of your licence and an explanation of the problem ( or a link to this thread)and he will see if its corrupt and if so will likely send you a new one.
