i can build a machine. but need help with programing it,just don't have enough time
any one want to trade mill time or just work out payment for writing some mach 3 code
for me

That would depend heavily on what you want programmed!! A 4 hole bolt pattern for 9/32 holes, or a 3d gizmo hewn out of a solid block with a 1/8 ball endmill!!

Might get more offers if we all knew what you wanted, at least roughly. A lot of things affect programming needs!

I don't need mill time on your mill, but working out payment could happen, again, depending on what your needs are. I'm in Wisconsin, but emailing a gcode file can span the globe!

you are right the object is about 3x4 inches about 4 drill spots
another one is about 1.6 x 3 inches with 1 cut 3 drill and 3 more
drill  same place just another drill
it has 3 curves in a space of 3 inches
and another 2 drills another surface
if i can give more information
i have a bridgeport mill
