About to build a small footprint PC with a Dual core Atom Processor,  this is purely to run mach,  space is a premium so ITX offers the size BUT it has only 1 expansion slot (pci) and one  parallel port. it has on board Graphics and this is my worry. do people tend to have problems with on board G.cards. I could fit a pci G card BUT if I run 4th axis would I need another parallel port and run into a dead end.

Not much help really but I think you will just have to try it and see.

I no longer use it but I used to use an old PC with onboard graphics and this worked just fine with Mach and my router. The same story applies to laptops (which technically have onboard graphics) - some work OK and some don't.
