I got a new computer and put in a PCI express card.  I set up the settings from my old computer into the Mach3 program under config - motor output, inputs, tuning assuming they didn't change.  I can hear the motors align when I start the computer, but MDI won't let me move the router.  The PCI card is :I/O Port    0x0000EC00-0x0000EC07  I/O Port    0x0000E880-0x0000E883
I used ec0. Still no movement.  I read it may be a parallel port communication error.  Should interrupt be never/try not to/interrupt anytime?  But what can I do next?  I am using win7 64bit and Parmon parallel port monitor wouldn't run.  Any other suggestions?  I searched online, but didn't find any others.   Thanks for your review of my problem.
