mach 3 missing code

I have a problem with mach 3 missng code when it is supposed to drill holes.
I am cuttimg 2 ribs a large and a small.
Both have holes to be drilled but the smaller rib does not show the hole location nor does it show the path it is to take to the holes.
The large rib shows the path and holes, both ribs are generated from the same drawing and the smaller bib is scaled down from the smaller rib.
I have imported the drawing into 4 different cad programs to see if the hole show up or if some how they are no getting transfered when I save the drawings but they show up in all 4 drawings. I have included the file also.
