I can move the mill using the graphic green and red icons, but not with the arrow keys on the keyboard did i hit an option to disable it what gives?

If you mean the numbered arrow keys then 'Num Lock' affects the operation of those.

Jog Control button on screen is likely off, either press on screen or Ctr Alt J
