Who can help me with my Motor Tuning, try everything but it is only slow, shocking.

How can i calculate the right motor tuning -velocity en the accel , I have a T12 spindle and
this is the information about my stepper motor.

Windows XP, Hobbycnc  driver that is working oke.

23SM080-028-8W-F-1.7

Step Angle : 1.8 Degree
Positional Accuracy : 5%
Number of phases : 2
Temperature rise : 80 degree max.
Dielectric strength : 500 Vdc
Insulation resistance : 100 Mohm ( 500 Vdc )
Insulation class : B
Radial play : 0.025 mm ( 450 g load )

Velocity and Accel settings are different from machine to machine so unless someone has exactly the same setup no real numbers can be given.
Steps per unit can be calculated, what you need for that is the steps per rev of the motor which in your case is 200. The micro steps of the drive which I dont know for the Hobby CNC stuff. The pitch of the ballscrew and finally if there is any gearing between motor and ballscrew.
