Hi all, I am new to this forum so HELLO!

My problem is I have had my boxford 240tcl running in demo mode for a while now with no problems.
I loaded my new license file from machsupport today and it all works fine except when using controlled feed rates in feed/rev mode the are now really slow.
If I take the license file out of the mach3 folder it all returns to normal!
I have checked the motor tuning settings and they stay the same, any ideas what could be wrong???

Thanks, Rich

Sounds like your index pulse is not being seen. Can you see  the RPM displayed correctly?

The rpm displayed in mach is the same as I programmed, but I get zero in the actual speed window. Thats always been like that tough, even when it worked. is that what you mean?

Thanks, Rich

Hood, thanks mate you have sorted it, the encoder on the spindle is not working and it doesn't look at it the same in demo mode, but it does in the full version because it's enabled for the screw cutting.
I can still post up the xml if you want, but you have led me to the problem anyway, thanks a lot!!!
