Motors not responding

We had an issue with the x-axis binding when moving towards the positive. After turning off the controler, unmounting the motor and testing the motor and the drive screw (with no iisssuuess found) we re-attached the motor and it bound when traveling in the positive direction only. We concluded that the coupling between the motor and the drive screw was the problem, and shut off the controler then adjusted the coupling. Since that time, none of the motor seem to be working. We have revisited the setup tutorials and also used parmon to see that there is a signal to the serial port...
We are running MAch3 with RockCliff Controler and Motors and an E-stop

If they worked before they should work again......
Did you by any chance disable the drives? I am not familar with that drive but a fast look at the site info says you can have them estop
or disable.

It appears all the drives are enabled. I am wondering if I may have pushed a wrong ketboard buttonnear the cursor arrow keeys and the page up/ page down keys used to jog the motors? Either way, I was jogging the motor to see if I had fixed the binding situation, the motor bound for a second, then nothing after I made adjustments to the coupling. That is why I think I might have hit a shortcut key on ht ekeyboard that has changed a setting.

Here is the current XML file. I also tried using one of the backup XML files from a date which the machine was working and there was still no reaction.

xml looks fine and the standard keys are set correctly for jogging.
When you use the Keyboard keys to Jog do the axis DROs show the movement?
Sounds like you may have blown a fuse or have a loose connection somewhere, do you have a link to the drives you are using?

Check the following:
1. Power supply - fuse is not blown and you are getting 24 volts from the supply.
2. Amp setting - should not be too high or low ( see the manual how and where to check )
The motors should energize / lock up ? Are they wired correctly?
3. Recheck wirng of the motors
4. Is e stop swicth open / active? would disable the drives
5.Do you have limit switches ? check your wiring
6.Recheck the disable setting on the board?
I have attached a file for one of their drives. Is this the one you have?

I opened the case, and the 5amp fuse is blown. I tried replacing the fuse, adn it blew again. I tried disconnecting the x-axis motor, since it was the one I was messnig with when all the trouble started, and the fuse blew again. any ideas on what can be over loading the fuse?

Disconnect the power supply from the board. What is the voltage out of it?
If ok / 24V reconnect to controller board.
Disconnect all the motors from the contoller board.
Does the fuse still blow?
Disconnect all the switches and estop.
Does the fuse still blow?
May have a bad or ruined the contoller board.
