How do you change and select what tool (i.e. Tool 1, Tool 2, ...) you want to use within mach 3.

Also I'm trying to make a part and i have all the measurements correct from the original but when i have mach 3 try and cut it, it is 1/32nd off all around. is there a offset within mach 3 that i don't know about. any ideas would be helpfull.
