Usefull macro for oxy fuel
«
on:

Hi folks,
I'm two year experienced plasma table user. Now I want to reconfigure it for oxy fuel. I have read all I can find on the forum. There is more discusions and solutions, but I must admitt I'm not yet familiar with all this stuff.
So, please somebody to write all what is needed for one practical solution for oxy fuel cut.
Sorry for my English

OXY/Fuel works just like plasma. You just have to have valves to turn on the OXY/Fuel and a valve for the cutting oxy flow and a relay for the ignitor.
THen move to position lower to preheat height dwell for preheat then turn on cut OXYflow and cut. At cut end turn off the CutOXY/flow raise torch move to next cut and repeat.

Hi Brian, thanks for the reply.
This explanation is clear. But there is three new actions, two for valves and one for ignition relay. I presume I'll need three new outputs engaged and a new post processor. In ShetCam I don't see dedicated post processor.
If somebody has one, please to send it to forum.
Or, we'll ask Les
regards

You can always light the torch manually(;-) the OXY/Fuel valves can be M8 on M9 off THe Oxycut valve can be M3 on M5 off.
