I have never cut a arc on the Z axis before, how do I accomplish this.  My start point is Z0 X2.3109, end point X2.0948 Z0.2882, Radius 0.3.  Is it as simple as G02 X2.0948 Z0.2882 R0.3?

Do a G18 first to switch to the XZ plane, and G17 to switch back. G19 is the YZ plane.
