Has anyone converted a Bridgeport EZTRAK SX to Mach3? Have you also powered the machine with a VFD? I have such a machine and would like to get it going. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dont know anything about them but I would presume they use DC Servos with analogue drives.
If thats the case then you have a couple of choices, one is get new drives to replace the analogue drives.
The other option would be to use one of the external motion controllers such as DSPMC or K-Flop which can control analogue drives.
