dear guys
i am trying to work with the mastercam and posting in mach3 turn and i have a problem when mastercam generate the gcode G02,G03 in mach3 turn they are coming up circles i tryed to change the i,k to absolute but the problem keep coming up the difference is when i change I,K from absolute to incremental the circles come big or small any one is useing mastercam to mach3 turn so can help me !!!!!!!!!

Config menu, Ports and Pins, Turn Options then change the Revered Arcs in Front Toolpost.

but i still have a problem mastercam is posting in radius with the mach3B post and when i change the post to fanuc it is ok posing in diameter but fanuc instead or i,j they use r so in mach3 they will come out circles
i need a mach3 post for mastercam that post in diameter
can some one help me !!!!!

Strange, I work in Dia mode and use R for arcs and its fine, did you try changing the reversed arc setting again after you used the new post processor?
Can you attach a bit of code that you have issues with and I will see how it looks for me.

belive it or not now it is posting in diameter and it is a fanuc prosesor and mach3 is fine with it 
but dont ask me what i did cause i dont know
do you use mastercam to generate gcode?

Hmm....
You just shook the memory here, i don't use MasterCam, but Dolphin has a few different post processors for the
lathe, ie one for radius and one for diameter.  So may be similar. Additionaly check if there is a turning mode that you can be in
when bringing in the file as that could just be a click and you may have mistakenly done it.

yes you might be wright
im just exploring the mastercam it is a bit complicated compare to the lazy turn but it is a verry good cam and also i need to practice alot
i notice that in mach3 turn when i bup up the feed rate while it is in g1 it will set after a g0 do you know why ?
i really apritiate your reply also hood cause when i have problems you allways find me an aswer thanks alot guys

I don't know if this is the same problem i had but latest version of mach would take all the radius moves and make circles out of them or a figure 8 i had to delete that version and go backwards in version's to correct the problem working fine now.
