I am fairly new, so I hope this isn't a dumb question. When I start my computer, and I click on the Mach 3 shortcut and when it opens up it seems to randomly open up two different versions. I have attached  the different screen shots  below. Any thoughts on how I got two different versions loaded on the computer, which one I should use, and what, if anything I should do with the other one.

Any Help would be great

Thats just different splash screens you are seeing as Mach opens.  Mach randomly chooses one or the other when starting so nothing to worry about. The actual profile is exactly the same, if you look at the lower left you will see it says Mach3Mill, that shows its the same profile in both screenshots.

Oh sorry, dont know my left from right LOL, should say Lower Right  for the profile name.

You can change/customize your splash screens too.  Just change the 3 BMPs to whatever you like.

c:\Mach3\Bitmaps\Splash.bmp
c:\Mach3\Bitmaps\Splash1.bmp
c:\Mach3\Bitmaps\Splash2.bmp

I changed mine to the following:
