Pins 2 to 9 as inputs

As standard, I believe, the pins on the parallel port which are inputs are 10, 11, 12, 13, & 15.
If on my 2nd parallel I define "pins 2-9 as inputs" does this change pins 10, 11, 12, 13, & 15 to outputs as the manual says that I should have 13 inputs, yet I count a total of 18 ?

You are correct, the manual is wrong
Few other bits and bobs in the manual that are not quite right but nothing major.

At least it is good news this time; 18 inputs yippee !

Lets just hope you dont end up needing only 17 Inputs and want 17 Outputs
