Is it easier to use one of the Vital Systems breakout boards (7535 PnP board) to control the spindle VFD via digital inputs on the VFD intelligent terminals or use the capability of the ModBus functionality of Mach 3 to control the spindle?

Thanks,

Todd

Using the VFD inputs via the 7535 works well for me on 2 machines. If you need to save a few I/O then the Modbus would be a good choice.

I am not sure which would be easier.
