Hi,

Newbie here, I have a question that I would like to have answered by one of you Wizards on Mach3.

My keyboard has a "Emergency" key on the upper left hand corner and I would like to be able to program it into Mach3 as an actual emergency stop for Mach3. The key sequence of this "Emergency" key is <r-Shift>+<F1>. So the questions I have is; Is Mach3 capable of adding this button as an E-Stop if so how can I add this feature into Mach3?

TIA

You could try:-

Config / Ports & Pins / Input Signals / Estop , check emulated, click on Hotkey then press your Emergency key and the value will be entered in the box, click apply.
