I have a small CNC milling machine that I run with a laptop without any problem until Mach 3 start processing line 9.000 (approximatively). Does anybody know the reason for this, since I have been waisting a lot of time and material because of this problem.

Thanks

Is it the 9000th line or line number 9000?  An unlicensed version of Mach is only good for 500 lines.  If your program is numbered every 20, i.e 20, 40 60 80 etc, then an unlicensed version of Mach would stop around line 9000.
