Hi !

I'm an ArtSoft customer for about 2 hours (i'm waiting for my license, please hurry Wink ) and i'm wondering if someone use GibbsCAM to produce G-Code (with postHASTE) and has written a specific post-processor file (pM3) to link GibbsCAM to mach3 ?

I already wrote one (extrapolated from a standard fanuc one) but it's rather simple, and i'm sure it's not "optimal".

I'm pretty happy with GibbsCAM, but i feel it's not as powerful as some other CAM software on the market ... Can you tell me which CAM softwares are most recommended for a simple 3 axis (maybe a 4th rotary axis in the next months ...), to get the best of my setup (i heard mastercam has pretty powerful fonctions ... is it as simple and intuitive as Gibbs ?).

Thanks !

Best regards, Thomas.

Did you ever find a Gibbs post? I'm looking for one.
Thanks
