Just started using Mach3 on a CNC lathe. I am having problems when running G Code created using the lathe turning wizards. I have found that the M3 generated by the wizard does not activate the dwell I have set for the spindle and the spindle eventually stops during execution of the G Code. If I edit the M3 to M4 and save the G Code, eveything runs as expected.
Anyone experienced this or have any clues to what is going on.

go into the configuration - ports & pins - spindle - change the m3 & m4 output#'s
or go to the outputs and change the pin numbers for outputs, usually #1 & #2  to correspond to your machine.
