On the cutting display I keep clicking on the left mouse key that rotates the display instead of the right one to move the image. Is there a key combination to recenter or un rotated the display?

And also can I opt to not have the plasma profiles be used in the G-code?

Double click on the toolpath, or click the regen button.

Don't know what you mean by the second question?
