Attached below is the dxf for a  racer that I changed to be similar, but not a copy of the ones below.
I created a simulated picture of the simulator Smiley , just for inspiration.
I sold my machine b4 I got to cut the finished product. I did cut a proto and it was pretty good start.

Has anyone made one of these yet ?
Please let me know if you make one. I spent a bit of time with this design, I would get a kick if I knew others benifitted from it too.

Imagine giving that as a present to one of your kids on Christmas. They would be happy, and so would you, because of the ammount of money you saved Smiley.

If you modify the code at all, please also post the modifications in this thread.

Thanks

Hi benny, I have it on the back burner. There is a new F1 game for the ps3 that looks super cool ! and one of these would be great. We are open wheel racing guys and this would be a fun project.

Thanks for the files.

I don't know why you are having dificulties unzipping it.
Any how I downloaded the file unzipped it and have re upload the file in an unzipped format.
See if that works.

Make sure you post pictures if you make this.

Regards Benny

You may need to edit the arms so that they slide down further. You can find more stuff about this project in this CNC Zone thread.
