Yes, I do get this screen BUT I AM TRYING TO GET THE 1024.LSET SCREEN, NOT THIS SCREEN.  When I try to load the 1024.lset screen, it turns back to mill wizards.  I hope you understand now what I am talking about.  I do not want to use this screen but rather the 1024 screen.

That is the 1024.lset, what you seem to be wanting is the 1024.set, ie the mill screen.
If you copy the 1024.set to your desktop, rename it pppmike.lset then paste it back into the Mach3 folder then load it you should be fine as far as the wizards etc go, not sure having the extra axi etc will be that great but you could always edit the screen to look like you want.
I made my own screenset up for the lathe as I am not keen on the standard lathe screen (1024.lset as in my pic)

You got it!!  I am not crazy about the screen that is coming up at all for the lathe.  I will work with it and see if I can get use to it.  If not, I will probably be trying to make my own screen set up too.  Thanks for all your help.

You can use the mill screen if you wish as I said above, all you need to do is change the extension to .lset rather than .set
It is the extension of the screenset that determines whether Mach is in Lathe or Mill mode.

I am just going to try and learn to work with the standard lathe screen.  If I end up hating it, I will ask Rich if he can forward to me the .lset modified screen to me.  Thanks to everyone, Mike.

Mike,
Yes,  use the standard lathe screen to start and if it works for you stay with it, but, then try  the other screen set and see the added features
which makes using the lathe so  much easier.
Here is a the link to PHILs screen:

Have fun,
