Ignoring G21

I have recently downloaded the new version Mach3 R3.042.032 .  Now the solftware ignores G21.  It always moves in Inches. Even when I have settings as follows -
Setting in (Alt. 6) in mm. Config native settings in mm.
it still moves in inches.
What should I do.

Also in engraving, the program always write in a mirror image to what I want.  My hardware is tagi micromill 2000HD/LE with Micro proto systems.
