The subject about said it all. I use electric turkey knifes in my business to cut foam. These knifes have a wormgear and a drive gear the drive gear is made out of Nylon and doesn't last very long I have a lot of samples with one side striped if anyonewould like to play with this project please let me know and I will get a hold of you off line Thanks

Hi Ken,

I could likely make a small mold for you and make these gears in the 1000's .... if you are interested in doing something like this let me know.

I am a mold maker by trade and have all the CAD/CAM/CNC experience necessary to reverse engineer the parts, design and build the required tooling to make you these parts.
