Just got my router running after 6 years of on and off work ???. Anyway, it seems to suffer from resonance, so the first thing I need is a stepper damper.

Did a dry run before cutting, since I've never cut anything before, then cut one out of scrap ply, then the finished part from Baltic Birch. Came out perfect, and I didn't even do any test cutting or measuring or anything.

I know how it goes, I've got unfinished projects I started 20 years ago. The cash jobs always come first.
