vb script help needed

If anyone can help me
How can I check to a macro the condition of an input for use it to a tool change procedure?
I found to a tool change macro the command “SystemWaitFor (input1)” but this is a wait for command, I want something like “while input1” or “while not input1” or “if input1 then………”
