I just finished installing the linear slides. it has Rockford ballscrews on all axis.

Nice. Going to to be a rapid little machine on linear ways.

Sure you mean X & Z axis's though Wink

You going to gang tool it with that long crosslide?

Yea, X&Z for the lathe. I have tried 70 imp and the steppers did not stall, thing sure do move quick at that speed! My project for this winter will be the mill spindle, I realy have it micky moused right now and I do want to change it.
