Phil,
Hope you enjoy the two MPG's as i have just finished mine. They are wired to PP so the info on using the  SS was informative. And about using them to do actual machining, well sometimes i just watch the metal being remove under the microscope and tweak as necessary. Mostly used here for fine positioning of the tool to the stock.

I am just playing with all the bits and pieces at the moment in the house where its comfy.

I am/was using a shuttle pro on my mill

Single MPG for that soon

But the MPG route is the way to go. Just spin the dial and the axis moves that amount Fantastic. Smiley Smiley Smiley
