You should be able to send money through Paypal. Click the Send Money Tab and put in my email address of khopkins@printbyrequest.com. The cost per Manual in the US is $16.95 which includes USPS Shipping. The cost to Canada is an additional  $2.00 ($18.95). If you request Multiples manuals, please email me first and I will give you the pricing.
