It's working at 4500 mm/min but it can reach 7500mm/min in working mode and 10.000 mm/min in rapid

Working speed (with mach3) up to 8000 mm/min (other software) up to 3500 mm/min
Rapid speed (with mach3) 10000 mm/min (other software) 6500 mm/min
Measured precision +/- 0.015mm

Faby, your videos are asking for quicktime to be installed. Quicktime is bloatware, takeover ware, and will not be on many of our computers, especially since it is also know to cause problems with Mach3.
Can I suggest you encode your videos so they can open in winamp or even windows media player ?

real player will play these videos, thats what I watched them with.

Real Player comes a very close second to Quicktime.

I am amased that people forget to use the free movie editor that comes with XP, and then export the videos out as WMV  (Windows Media Video)
At least that way you can pretty much guarantee all windows users will be able to view it without needing a 3rd party bloatware.

Can you post some more pictures of your machine?  Is the machine your design or did you purchase the unit?  I'm in the process of designing my own and am interested in the belt (or maybe chain) drive you have for the x-axis; the single stepper driving the two ball screws on each side of the table.

The machine is a personal project.
I think that in my case, the belt for use 1 stepper for 2 ballscrew, is the batter way.
I found either belt and pulley in a store near here (I live in Italy).
I'll post new pics as soon as possible.

I convert the videos in WMV format so anyone can see it.
