I am trying to retune tune my drives (dc servos) since converting from P.P. I have 1 drive running at full speed now but still have a problem.
To tune, I use the following piece of code to save manually jogging back and forth.

F3000
G01 x50
x0
x50
x0
x50
x0

The problem is if I run this code with NO FRO. i.e. 100%, it will travel at 2300ish mm/min for all but the last line of code! for which it runs as instructed at 3000 mm/min?Huh?

Any help pleeeease.

Cheers,
James

Use Mach3 R3.042.024 and the latest drives for the SS board.

Also what is your acceleration for the X axis and do you have CV mode enabled?
