Mach3 will not load Please help

When I click on the mach3 icon the loading picture comes up but then hangs and does nothing.  Mach3 process is running but no application.  I have installed and uninstalled many times, turned off all startup items and non microsoft services. Driver test works and says I have ecellent system but still nothing happens past the loader picture.
I have a dell desktop 1.6Ghz 512 mb ram and 32mb graphics I have also turned off auto updates etc as in XP optermiser.  Please help!

PS also tried install of download on laptop and it ran fine past the loader screen so I assume the download is good

Install Microsoft framework, SpecialDriver and then try again.

if only I was more patient

got so mad I started re-install of xp and wiped the lot then wife says (5% INTO FORMAT) did you see the reply you got on that mack thing!!  Hymmm, its mach but still.  I hope a clean install will make it a dedicated system anyhoo.  May I still encounter the same problem??
