I am doing a screen set, a page actually for the dspmc/ip control box.
It will have all the of the following displayed
analog inputs dro
servo motor rpm for all six axis
Regular input leds
Buttons to turn the outputs on and off
MPG dro
spindle encoder readout
Threading rpm readout.
Plus anything else particular to the dspmc. I am getting ready to start my lathe conversion and it will be a whole lot easier to be able to check the I/O from one page.

I have it mostly done but my problem is this. When I load the screen set and the leds and stuff are fine but I can't jog the machine with the keyboard or gamepad.
Now this only occurs on page 11 where all of my new stuff is, the rest of the set is still the 1024 set and everything works from page 1 and 2.
Is there a setting I am missing or do I have to include jog buttons or what?Huh?

Yes, you need to have a "jog-on and Jog-off" control on any page you'd like to be able to jog with.

Just copy it from another screen onto your new one-  Smiley

Thanks for the super fast response.
I have already made the button and added the oem code to it.

I will try it out tomorrow when I get back into the shop.

Worked like a charm.
All I did was add a button to the page that has jog on and off. Opened the page, clicked the button and it jogged.

The only current problem I am having is that screen 4 won't work on my vista computer, as soon as you try to use the windows menu, such as file, it locks up.

I am using mach3 screen v2.7e and it did a nice job building my page, but it messes up page 1 sometimes  and 2 no matter what I do.

I am going to try screen 4 on my sons xp laptop and see if it works any better.

I have the motor rpm dro's working and it is way cool to jog and see how fast the servo is actually turning without trying to backfigure from the feed rate.

Once I can get a fully functioning screenset loaded, I will work on the rest of the I/O leds and buttons.

Thanks agian for the help.

You're very welcome, glad it worked for you.

As for the Vista issue, I'm strictly an XP user so I can't help there, sorry-

SCream 4 and Vista,

I use 4 sometimes in Vista also, it WILL unlock eventually......  it just takes is a while, the work around it this,
as much as possible use the "Icons", and save the dropdown menu use to only Have to circumstances.
My vista will "Hang" and spind sometimes for 3-4 minutes then unlock. I only use Scream4 to open screens with the higher end LED/buttons and stuff anyway.

I am not a Vista user but is there a compatibility option like there is in XP?

In XP it is found in the properties dialogue box.
